In a VGER session, the Dynamic buttons disappear.

This usually indicates that the ROWS depth that your Telnet emulator is set to is less then what the mvToolbox is set to. Set your Telnet program to be at least as deep as what the mvToolbox is formatting for. I usually set the Telnet program to one row more than the mvToolbox ROWS setting.
