Technical Support Plans

Our Support Plan is rather simple. For the first six months following your purchase, you receive unlimited technical support free of charge, which includes:

• Telephone support
• Email support
• IM support.
• We will answer any question you have, even if it is silly.
• Unlimited access to the Current Modules page for downloading distributed modules
• Unlimited access to the New Revisions page for downloading recent enhancements/fixes
• Automated newsletter notifying you of new releases, fixes, and enhancements
• Automated subscription to Use and Tips newsletter
• Use of the mvToolbox Forum to swap code, tips and insights with other users.

After the initial period, if you would like ongoing support, the Technical Support plan is priced at a base price of 20% of your original purchase price per year.

If you do not elect to continue support, support issues after the initial six month period will be billed on a per hour basis.
