Improved Version Control features:

1. Protection against overwriting due to multiple users working on the same record
2. Lock entire files to a user
   • Only lock owner or Sysadmin can change the file
   • All others have read-only access
3. Lock individual records to a user
   • Only lock owner or Sysadmin can change the record
   • All others have read-only access
4. Give temporary override access to another user (good for 1 save)
   • Override lock supercedes all other locks
   • Existing lock owner may not change a record while an override exists
   • Only override lock owner or Sysadmin can change the record
   • All others have read-only access
5. Access functions can be restricted to the mvToolbox Sysadmin
6. Logs for every locked file/record are stored in a locked file
7. A Diary of all things done to locked items is accumulated and stored
8. All changes made to records are tracked by User and date in a locked file
9. Lock and unlock files or records with a mouse click
10. Sysadmin has master administration screen of all locked items
11. Users have administration screens showing only their locked items
